How do people post flash animations on Youtube?

I've using Hypercam but the quality comes out really bad and it's too much of a drag while i can't find good free video file converters. But i can't post flash animations on youtube with fla files right? How can i do this?

1. fla is the raw form of a flash file. First you need to publish the .fla file in flash to a .swf file. Once it's a .swf file you need a .swf to .avi converter. You should be able to download a free program off the net. Once you have the .avi, then you can upload onto youtube...
