How to create professional Flash Animations?

Hello, I am interested in flash animation using the program of the same name (Flash MX) as I want to create my own animated series. I am a decent artist/cartoonist but stationary... never really animated before, etc. Is there any websites with information, pictures, tutorials, video tutorials on how to professionally animate characters and such? Thanks!

1. you can make a movie in flash and I guess you have to know motion tweening, frames and layers It would be helpful if you had fireworks or an image editor but I believe adobe.com has old archives
